Can I reschedule the picnic due to bad weather or sudden changes?

Rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions on the day of your event we will allow you to reschedule the picnic to any future available date within 3 months of your original booking.

How do I order items from your add-ons?

You can add your add-ons with the booking form and we will email/ DM you to confirm anything and answer your questions

Can I bring my own food?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks :)

I am planning a surprise proposal. Can you help me?

Yes. :) Please fill in your picnic and proposal details on our Customize picnic page and we will help you come up with ideas and décor for your proposal.

Where do you host your picnic?

We can host your picnic anywhere on island or even indoors. If the location is located in Onnason area/Ginowan/Naha/Nago area, a travel fee of $30~$60 will be required.

How much is it for an extra hour?

$50~ / hr

**$65 /30min depending on location & time

Do I need to clean up after the picnic?

No, please don’t! All you have to do is show up and enjoy! Leave the rest to us after your picnic ends.

What if I break or spill something?

Small spills like water or non-staining liquids will not incur a fee. However, if any surfaces are stained, you will be responsible for a cleaning fee. In the event of a broken or stolen item, a replacement fee will be imposed on the credit card used at the time of booking.

How far in advanced do we need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, but to ensure your preferred date, we suggest the earliest possible! Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings
